The house has seven bedrooms, on the lower floor you will find the following rooms:

• The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, big shower, loo, hand-basin and heated towel rail.

• The Fern Room has option of Twin or Double bed, next door is a shower room with loo and basin,  heated towel rail.

• The Baxter Suite has a Super-king bed, dressing table, adjacent shower room with loo, basin and heated towel rail.

 

On the upper floor:

• The Black and White Room - Super-king double - shared bathroom, with bath and over-bath shower.

• The Hillside Room - Twin or Double beds - shared bathroom, with bath and over-bath shower.

 

On the Mezzenine level above the living room and dining room:

• The Gallery Bedroom: Super-king bed, en-suite shower and loo.

• The Studio Gallery: Double Sofabed, wash-hand basin, nearby in hallway is a shower and loo.

Please note: The two mezzenine rooms, whilst visually pretty private, being screened from each other by the large central chimney breast are subject to sound travelling across the vaulted living room ceiling. It is also impossible to make them completely dark due to the roof lights above the living room.
